Cinnamon Swirl Bread
Wow! I am new to the breadmaker and have been experimenting with recipes for the last couple of months but this one is the one that gets request after request. I even made a loaf and mailed it to my mother who lives several hours away from me and she and my aunt fought over the last piece! This bread doesnt make the best toast, which is what I was originally going for, but who cares...it is sooo good right out of the oven, theres none left to make toast with!

Easy Broccoli Quiche
I had never made a quiche at home before trying this recipe and now I wish I had been making it all the time. Luckily I made 2 for dinner because they were both gone! I have since used this recipe as a base for other ingredients and have not found one that hasnt been delicious. I do follow the advice of other reviewers and make a cheese barrier at the bottom to help keep the crust from becoming soggy. We have yet to have a soggy crust so I guess its working. Thanks a lot...this one is a keeper!

Mall Pretzels
I made these pretzels for my kids since we dont live anywhere near a mall and they were craving soft pretzels. My kids went crazy for them! The next day I made a double batch for my husbands women's wrestling team and the entire team loved them and wanted the recipe. This recipe is a must have for those of us that never get to a mall! I agree with another reviewer that the dough should be covered with a damp paper towel to keep it from drying out while rolling the other pretzels. The editor's note about rolling them half way then coming back to them helped a lot too. These pretzels were fantastic and I will be making them again and again!
