Chocolate Ganache

Perfect Ganache I did not use the rum, but I followed the recipe exactly and just let it cool in the fridge and then whipped it up to use as a filling for a devils food cake,it was so good.

White Chocolate Raspberry Cheesecake

This chessecake was Amazing I followed the recipe exactly, the only thing I did differently was the crust I used 2 cups of Oreos and 3tbls, of butter and 1 tsp, of sugar. My whole family loved it.I will definitely be making it again.
