Justin's Hoosier Daddy Chili
Wow...I had to add an additional 2lbs of ground pork to make this even taste edible..spices were ok...way too runny..chili should stand up in a spoon !

Ham with Redeye Gravy
Note to those who want thick gravy...Find another recipe..This is exactly what redeye gravy is supposed to taste like..DO NOT add flour to thicken..this gravy is best served over grits or biscuits.

Ted's Beef Stew
Made exactly as directed...I assume you meant English peas..thats what i used...anyway..next time I will use a little more carrots and potatoes...and about 2 more cups of beef broth along with 1 cup of vegetable broth..very good starting point.
