New mom all about trying to cook my daughter's first meals. Love using crock pot and having friends over for dinner. I work full time so easy and interesting dinners keep me motivated to cook for others. All kinds of chicken dishes. LOVE baking cookies and cakes. Kept my husband's whole med school class going on cookies. Honestly, I just want the dough, by the time the cookies are actually baked, I have eaten way too much! Growing up, my homemade dinners included inst mash potatoes and canned corn, so I still have a lot to learn. Cookies! And my Margarita Chicken recipe, which I will be posting on here soon. Using cooking wine for risotto. HORRIBLE, way too much salt. Should have been a clue when the cashier didn't card me for it.
