Wonderful recipe! I followed the recipe exactly except I left out the cilantro (my husband and I don't like it). I am normally not a fish eater but this recipe was incredibly delicious. Thank you, Witzken!

Asiago Sun-Dried Tomato Pasta

This was incredibly delicious! I tried to make it exactly as posted; however, I only had about half a cup of sundried tomatoes packed in oil and I messed up with the chicken (didn't realize it had to be precooked). In any event, I cooked the cubed chicken with the onions in butter before adding the green onions and cream. It was definitely worth the effort. Kids loved it and husband had seconds and thirds. We are still enjoying leftovers in the office.

Chicken and Biscuit Casserole

I followed the recipe exactly except I cooked three cups of raw cut up chicken breasts in the butter. I removed the chicken and cooked the vegetables. I also used premade biscuits and homemade chicken broth. This was absolutely delicious. My in-laws told me it was a keeper and asked me to make it again some day. I definitely will. I fed 6 adults and three children with this dish.

Irish Chicken and Dumplings

I made a few changes to this recipe so that it is hard to rate. The result was absolutely delicious. I started out with a 4 pound cut up chicken. I covered it with about 3 cups homemade chicken broth and water. I also added about 1/2 tsp ground allspice. I used a 2 cups Bisquick with 1/2 cup milk. Otherwise, I followed the rest of the recipe; however, like another reviewer, I cut up the potatoes into small cubes.
