Fudge Puddles

I thought these were pretty good. Very important to undercook slightly or they will get too crispy. The cookie part was good, not great. The fudge part was very good. My kids devoured the fudge, but wouldn't eat the cookie at all. They went over pretty well at the cookie swap. I will definitely make again, although I may adjust the cookie base a little to make it more flavorful.

These were really good! Made exactly as written, then added a simple powdered sugar/milk glaze. These were still good later at room temperature. Great recipe!

Kalacs (Hungarian Cinnamon Swirl Bread)

This bread is DELICIOUS! The only change I made was to double the filling and lightly brush the loaves with melted butter once they're out of the oven to help keep the tops from being too dry. Wonderful!
