Chinese Chicken Fried Rice II
I only rated this a 4 just because I changed it just a little bit. I used olive oil instead of vegetable oil, I only used 1/2 and onion, added a little garlic with the onion, didn't add chicken (just cause I didn't have any) and I didn't use pepper at all. I will admit it didn't have huge flavor but it reminded me of the rice you get at the Japanese restaurants. Next time I will probably add some peas and carrots and chicken but I think it'd be excellent with shrimp too! I will definitely be making this again when I get my Chinese/Japanese cravings, it's so easy!

Aunt Teen's Creamy Chocolate Fudge
I'm always looking for a creamy fudge and I think I finally found it! Very good. Definitely use a very sturdy spoon for when your stirring in the chocolate chips because it gets pretty firm. I didn't put in the nuts because I have picky family members, but I did use Heath english toffee pieces and it was awesome and you still get that "crunch." I also think it makes the perfect amount too.

Apple Crumb Pie
Oh man...this is amazing! This was my first fruit pie that I've ever made. I like to bake and I've made a lot of other pies but I was still a little nervous. I didn't put in raisins, or the walnuts because I dont like raisins and I didn't have any walnuts. I doubled the topping and it was perfect. I almost like this pie more than my Grandma's pie that I've had for years. I will definitely make this over and over again.
