Marinated Pork Tenderloin
I must admit, I was skeptical, but this was the best pork tenderloin I've ever tasted. I didn't have any sherry on hand so I just used some white zinfandel. Also, I didn't have the minced onion so I used onion powder plus I used about a teas. of garlic powder instead of just a pinch since I love garlic. This pork tenderloin was so flavorful and tender. I will definitely make this again.
