Tuna Snack Spread
Soo good! I was looking for a dip/spread to make with tuna and cream cheese and found this... Exactly what I wad craving! I read other reviews and took the advice and used two cans of tuna... If only used one I think the cream cheese would be too over-powering! Delicious and easy to make!

Favorite Peanut Butter Cookies
I used 3/4cup smooth and 3/4cup chunky peanut butter. I also made half with chocolate chips. I read the suggestions from others and reduced baking time to 10 minutes, and they were still a bit crispy. They tasted delicious!!! But I like my cookies chewy.

Grandmother's Buttermilk Cornbread
Delicious! I made my cornbread in an 8inch baking pan and it came out nice and crispy!!!
