In the early 80's I attempted a quiche in Moms kitchen. Kitchen was on mid-level of a 3-story house. (typical for the area) Wood floor supports. (typical) An over-weight relative comes up the stairs behind the oven, shaking the floor/oven. Bye-bye quiche

Tantalizing Turkey and Blue Cheese Meatballs
Very tasty recipe. I only had feta on hand, so I upped the oregano, and added a lot of crushed hot "pizza style" pepper. Nice Greek style meatballs. TIP OF THE DAY. Use mini muffin trays & make the meatballs a little larger so they sit up on the tray. Nice way to cook them, and the drippings are in the bottom of the trays.

Travis's Turkey Burgers with a Bite
I gave this a 4 because this is the FIRST turkey burger I ever had. QUITE NICE. I'm a 55 year old Polish dude now living in Fl. I was told by the wife to pick up a few packs of ground turkey from my local Publix. I forgot to get ground chuck so I looked here. THANKS, I can't wait till tomorrow to try spicing them up with some pesto & crushed pepper. SWEET!
