My wife and I found this recipe easy to follow and to prepare! We followed the advice of other reviewers and cut the cream cheese serving down to just one 8oz package and also used the light version. The consistency is quite thick and I think adding a bit more water to the cooking process would help (1 cup water to 1 bouillon cube which is normal). I will definitely be making this soup again!
