These are the most incredible rhubarb bars I have ever tasted. The only thing I added was a sprinkle of raspberry jello powder over the top before baking. WOW! Hands down the best I've ever had, and my family agrees.

Thai Peanut Noodle Stir-Fry

Delicious and quick recipe! The only thing I omitted was the sake as it's not something I usually have on hand. Little too spicy for my 3yo but the rest of the fam loved it!

Finnish Nissua

I used well over a tablespoon of cardamom. Fresh ground cardamom gives much better flavor as well. I did add more flour also as the dough was much too sticky to knead. This recipe is very much like the one given to me by my Finnish grandmother!
