Chicken Marsala
Fantastic recipe! I added 2-3 Tbls of brown sugar to sweeten it up a bit, double the sauce and thickend it with cornstarch. This recipe is spot on to Buca di Beppo's chicken marsala. It is a keeper

Rhubarb Crunch
My boyfriend has never had Rhubarb before so I wanted to surprise him. This recipe was a hit. Next time I will add additional fruit like peaches.

Pistachio Cake III
This recipe was wonderful! I add a 1/2 C. of sour cream, 1/2 chopped pistachios and 1 tsp (vs. 1/2 tsp.) of Almond flavoring. I melted white chocolate chips w/ several dashes of lime juice for icing.
