The only thing I did different was add cheddar cheese to the biscuit dough and add a can of cream of chicken soup. This was so delicious it didn't even last the night! My kids even thought it was great. Next time I will double the biscuit recipe though.

Best Beef Dip Ever

This is a great recipe! I've made it twice now and am going to make it tonight. I did follow a few suggestions, I dissolve 2 packets of beef broth with the water and omit the rosemary ( cause I don't have any) otherwise it's excellent!

Southwest Skillet

My family enjoyed it. The only thing I did different was not put the corn chips on top. Instead I used corn tortilla chips and used the dish as a dip.

Chicken Pot Pie VI

was really yummy! I ended up with extra filling so I made some mini pies to freeze! followed the recipe almost exactly and was totally impressed!

Banana Bars

these were so easy to make! 2 minor changes though, I doubled the banana, used 2 in the bar and 1 in the icing! So yummy!

Oven-Roasted Potatoes

This recipe was so simple to make. The flavor was amazing. I was worried about them sticking so I used a pyrex cake pan and greased the bottom with a little oil. I also added a bit of garlic as we are huge garlic fans. They were excellent and I will definately make them again.

Millie Pasquinelli's Fried Chicken

This was excellent! I followed the directions as they were except I used boneless skinless chicken and cut the cooking time. It was so flavorful and the chicken was moist! Was a big hit with the hubby so I will be making this again!

Pumpkin Bread

This was excellent!! I had leftover pumpkin from a cheesecake I had made but not enough for the whole recipe so I cut it in half with the intentions of making one loaf. Much to my dismay, I discovered I no longer had a loaf pan so I made muffins instead! They were gone in 2 days!
