Sausage Gravy I
Simple but excellent. I usually double up and make enough for later in the week. When I do I use 1 lb of mild and 1 lb of hot sausage for that little bit of spicy flavor. I too omit the bacon grease.

Spaghetti with Tomato and Sausage Sauce
Very good sauce. I added minced ground beef to make it more of a meat sauce. I also transferred it to a slow cooker and let it simmer all day. Made enough to freeze and it was actually better a few weeks later.
