Roasted Sweet Potatoes & Onions
Wonderful! It was better than I thought. My husband loved it too. I did use a little frozen OJ instead of the ammerato and it turned out great.

Cream Soup Base
This is a great starter! I used a little less butter (b/c I didn't have enough) and I used ckn broth that I had on hand. It still worked wonders in my recipes.

Country Fried Steak and Milk Gravy
It was easy and my husband loved the gravy. I will definately make it again.
