My cooking tragedies
Cant name any right off hand but will think about it and then I'll post them. OOHH, I have a good one! I tried this recipe and it was horrible.Eggplant and tomatoe casserole. The basamic vinegar was way too strong. It's on this site. It almost made me sick! Never used b/v in a dish myself but yuck!

Blueberry Pound Cake
Yum-Yum.Made this today. I used frozen mixed berries and a 9x13 pan for 1 hour. Reminded me of muffins. Really good. Great with coffee or sweet tea.{I'm from the good ole south}Will use this one again! thank you for sharing it with us.

Pickle Rolls
We use the same recipe here too except instead of tortillas we use honey wheat bread. I'll have to try the tortillas myself. Thanks for the different option.
