These mini cheesecakes are soooo good and soooo simple to make. I made them for a bakesale and they looked better than anything else on the table. This is a 5 star recipe. I followed it exactly and they came out perfect. Nothing needs to be changed! I will be be making these again anytime I need to bring a desert! And now I'm craving them after writing this review :)

My friends and boyfriend absolutely loved the sauce. I thought these pork chops were pretty good... not amazing, but that may be because I'm not a huge raspberry fan. I'll most likely try the recipe again at some point because they loved it so much. Next time I think I'll try to thicken the sauce a bit.
