I am a 42 year old mother of 2, my oldest is 24 and my youngest is 3. Happily remarried for 11 years. I am a real estate agent who is now again a stay-at-home mom. I love to cook and our friends beg to be invited over for dinner :) I have been exploring different cuts of meat, such as short ribs that I never used before. I am recently into cooking bread. I try to not make the same dinner twice in 2 months, so I am always exploring. I love to make ethnic food, and cajun is one of my favorites.
