Colleen's Slow Cooker Jambalaya
Really enjoyed this...I hadn't made a Jambalaya before and this was great. Used Kielbasa sausage and frozen chicken breasts that I shredded later. Added the Creole Seasoning Blend that I made from this Allrecipes and it was great. Thank you.

Easy, Speedy Corn Muffins
I have been using this recipe for over a year now and we LOVE them. I have 3 kids under the age of 10 and they ask for these. They are so moist and sweet that they need nothing extra after baking...perfect! Thank you!!!!

Meat Loaf Pie
I usually make a version of this but when I made this the other night my 3 kids loved it...my 9 yr old asked me what I put in it to make them like it! Great recipe...nice w/ a salad and fruit on the side. Thanks!!!
