My husband and I have lived all over the world because of his job and we have just moved to IN from Charleston, SC. We have tasted many different types of food and have enjoyed most of them. Southern cooking is "out of this world." The most surprising was eating curry in England. Never in a million years would I have thought that I would like curry. Well...I love Chicken Tikka Masala from The Hot Rock in Wolverhampton, England. Anyone else been there??? I am game to try anything. We love chicken at our house. My sister does the best Thanksgiving. She has concocted this fantastic dressing recipe that she can't even write down on paper because she just throws stuff in. So we always look forward to Turkey Day at her house. Learning how to make the perfect Fried Chicken. No burning and cooked through to the bone while still being moist. Buttermilk is a big help. I have made a few recipes that have ended up going down the garbage disposal.
