Beef and Bean Chimichangas

Maybe I was expecting too much but I thought this tasted like a microwave frozen burrito you can buy at the store. I don't understand how it can have such a high rating. It could be I'm just used to authentic Mexican food. Won't make again.

Coconut Shrimp I

This was soooo good! Everybody couldn't get enough! I didn't have any baking powder so I used Bisquick in lieu of flour and baking powder. Worked great! A bit of work but so worth it!!

This was so good! Just a tip though... I doubled the recipe for a party and put it in too small of a pan. It took forever to cook. I should have used a bigger pan. My fault!

Glazed Meatloaf I

THIS IS HANDS DOWN THE BEST MEATLOAF RECIPE!! I have never found a meat loaf recipe that I liked before. I've tried everyone's "special" recipe and still never found one liked. I had two helpings the first night and even ate the left overs the next day!

Microwave Potato Ham Dinner

I thought this would be easy because you cook it in the microwave. With adding ingredients and microwaving repeatedly I could have baked this in the oven for just a bit more and the end result would have been much better. Definitely bland seasonings.

Easy Chicken Tetrazzini

This was so good. My husband loved it. I made the recipe exactly. I'm thinking the next time I have left over chicken or pasta this is the perfect recipe. I would be able to put it together in just a few minutes. Definitely a keeper!

Not Your Every Day Smoked Pork Spare Ribs

This recipe is the best rib rub I've ever tasted. I've made it twice. The first time was exactly like the recipe and I couldn't get enough. The second time I accidentally used Mexican hot chili powder. It was a little on the hot side for me but still delicious. Hands down the best I've ever tasted.
