Fabulous on a hot day....tart! Add more water or puree some strawberries to lesson the tartness. Will make these often because they're easy!

The topping is a must! It makes the whole muffin! I tried this recipe and omitted the topping....tasted like a box mix. The topping makes it bakery quality.

Baked Honey Mustard Chicken

Chicken was very moist. I made it with chicken tenders instead of breasts because it was what I had in my freezer. The butter/water mixture drowned the chicken tenders so the bread crumb topping was soaking wet...I was looking forward to the crispy--my own fault!

Filet Mignon with Rich Balsamic Glaze

Followed the suggestions to let the filets rest after searing each side, then again after cooking each side 4 minutes. During the second rest, I let the glaze boil down. . .a bit undercooked for my liking, but perfect if you like it med-rare. Great taste! Will make this again.

Southwestern Egg Rolls
