This dough was like air! I've never made such a light dough before, it must be the pudding? They were delicious and we didn't even have time to make the icing they were already eaten. I used my bread machine and it was so easy. Didn't have bread flour, just used all purpose, tasted great.

SOOOO GOOD! i couldn't wait for it to cool before i tried it! i didn't find it to be "dense" at all...i thought it was a great bread and the only thing i added was 3 Tablespoons of golden milled flax seed so i could feel healithier after i ate the entire loaf! i don't think it needs any added spices - just ripe bananas!
