I used sunflower butter as we have a nut free home, and it is excellent. I never have ginger on hand when I make this, so I guess I can do without it as it is 5 stars the way I make it. 3 cloves of garlic is a bit much for me, I do 1. Get low sodium soy sauce, once I used golden boy brand, and whoa!!! that was salty! Sriracha chili sauce is good in here if u like it pretty hot. For a tamer dish with a medium bite, I use hot chili oil. Delicious, cheap, fast, this dish has it all!!
