These are fabulous!! I got some ideas on the RE for freezing these. I made them up a few days ahead of time and froze them individually on a cookie sheet, wrapped them in tinfoil and put in the freezer. When I was ready I preheated my oven to 375 degrees, unwrapped them, placed them on a cookie sheet and baked them appox. 50 minutes. Delicious! You could not even tell they had been frozen. I plan to do a triple batch and freeze them to have on had.
