I want to try these again. The taste was good but I did have some trouble with them. They cooked up o.k. but I could not get the lumps out of them. Aside from the skins being in we wanted smooth mashed potatoes. Because I beat them so much they were a little gummy. This is a great way to do mashed potatoes though-super easy :)
