Aioli
I halved the recipe because I just wanted to try it first and use it with sandwiches. It turned out perfectly delicious. I had no problems with the consistency and the flavor was good. I spread it on two pieces of bread, added my meat, topped with pepper jack cheese, and put it in the broiler. When I took it out I added some lettuce and tomato and put it back in the broiler to toast both sides of the bread (flipped it). I thought it was wonderful as far as sandwiches go. I will definitely make this again and try with more of a meal recipe next time.

Chocolate Chocolate Chip Cookies II
Usually when I see a recipe on here that gets good reviews, I'm skeptical because sometimes I think some people are very easy to please. However, this recipe really is fantastic. I definitely love chocolate and pulled up the site to find a quick cookie recipe. I made this perfectly after tossing out the first mix of ingredients because I didn't read other reviews and didn't read the recipe correctly. It is almost impossible to cream butter, sugar, and flour at the same time. What a waste of ingredients. I will keep this recipe on hand from now on. Awesome!

Delicious Black Bean Burritos
I did the changes that so many others did (by adding rotel, doubling the recipe, adding 8 oz of cream cheese and shreadded chicken) and it turned out delicious. I was afraid I had made it to spicy, so I omited the cillantro. It was to die for and so easy. I will make this from now on. Also, I found doubing the recipe, it made way more for than 4 servings. Great leftover!
