Taco Bake
So easy! Printed it out and gave it to my 11 yr. daughter to make when I was sick with the flu. Good comfort food. Had her add one can on diced tomatoes, a small can of corn and a can of black beans (drained and rinsed)

Birdseed Treats
Quick and easy to make. I used the recommeded 11X7 pan and they came out a bit thin for my liking. Think I will use a smaller pan next time or double the recipe.

Mexican Fire Rice
Also great with a can of black beans (drained and rinsed) and/or a can of corn (drained)
