Phyllo Chicken Packets

It was a bit bland so next time we might spice it up a bit and add other ingredients to the chicken!! We used whole wheat phyllo dough and it was really good!

I really like this recipe, but my ice cream turns out really chunky. I have to keep adding more liquid until its the right consistency so beware blender users!! Next time I will have to try the food processor. Thanks for a great recipe!

Best Big, Fat, Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookie

Fluffy Whole Wheat Biscuits

I have made this recipe twice and both times they turned out amazing! One thing to mention though, is to not over-mix or twist the biscuit/cookie cutter your using because it will make it not rise!!
