This wax excellent! I tried making waffles once and it was a disaster and my waffle iron, a lovely wedding gift, has been haunting me. So this morning I decided to take another try and this was great! I didn't have applesauce and I don't use canola so I substituted 1/3 cup coconut oil total for oil content (it did chunk up in the cold milk but it still worked great). Thank you!
