Winter Fruit Salad with Lemon Poppyseed Dressing
This is my go-to dressing recipe for salads with any fruit in them. It is PHENOMENAL. It meshes well with both winter and summer ingredients.

Janet's Rich Banana Bread
This bread turned out really tasty and rich! I used Canola Oil instead of the melted butter to make it a little healthier, and it was still great.
