Black Bean and Salsa Soup
So easy and so good! I wanted to have enough for 6 servings, so I added another can of beans (I just had pinto on hand), with a half a teaspoon more cumin and some red pepper flakes. I also did leave about 1/2 - 1/3 of the black beans whole as others suggested, which I thought added a lot to the texture. Great recipe!
