Downeast Maine Pumpkin Bread
I've made this over 20 times and just now reviewing. It's awesome! I make mini loaves (5.5 inch pans) and bake for 35 minutes. Other than that, I follow recipe exactly and it's just perfect! So great as gifts and makes the house smell delicious and your tummy will be so happy after a slice with hot apple cider!
