Pumpkin Bread IV
Wasn't as moist as I'd hoped. Slices nicely. Made enough to share and was good, just not great. Would have been smart to have a spread/sauce. Butter does not work and the cream cheese spread I made was still overwhelming to the bread itself.

Sea Bass Cuban Style
Used fresh Rock Cod and it was really good. The only real alteration was to lightly coat in (sifted) flour and par fry first. I didn't have any fresh cilantro so used "fresh" paste. It was very flavorful dish. Thank you for new fish idea.
