Hash Brown Casserole II
Totally easy and equally delicious! YUM!!! I made it as written here except I didn't saute the cornflakes, just crushed them, dumped them on top after about 40 minutes of cooking, drizzled some melted butter, and cooked for another 15 or so minutes. SO GOOD.

Best Chicken Ever
We LOVED this recipe! Yum! Very easy, super moist chicken, and best of all, it is gluten free!! (If you use gluten free cornflakes of course.) It is not easy to find really delicious recipes that are also gluten free, and this one gives you that fried chicken feel without all the oil or gluten. I found that the melted butter was kinda unneccessary though. Tastes just as wonderful without it!

Maple-Glazed Pork Chops
HOLY YUM, BATMAN! This was EXCELLENT! I typically do not care for pork at all, so I am always looking for a good new recipe that might make me change my mind. This was it! Wonderful! Not too sweet, not too tart, just PERFECT.
