***update - a friend ask me for this recipe, she took it to a pot luck and won 50 bucks for the best taste competition ! Another reason to love this recipe! ***I recently took this to an Easter dinner at a friends house and got rave reviews. Friends have asked for the recipe and I have just emailed this one to them. It was simple and quick to make with a wonderful flavor.I fully expected to spend my day in the kitchen working on homemade Mac and Cheese (as I have heard horror stories) but this one is a definite keeper. Thank you !

I needed a quick starter for a dinner party and tried this one. It was quite the hit. The boys at the party LOVED it ! I used a garlic bread and a variety of cracker's to serve with it. It was gone in no time! Note that I did not use the recommended amount of cheese, I only used half of that and it was still fantastic!

This recipe was a lifesaver! I usually do buy the store bought sauce in a jar, but I had all of the ingredients and decided to try homemade. This recipe is wonderful! My boyfriend went back for seconds...and then thirds! I was so glad that this was the recipe that I picked and made no changes. Next time though I will try to use fresh tomato's as the canned tomato's still have entirely to much sugar and sodium in them.
