Famous Pork Chops
Easy and delicious! I added some sliced fresh garlic cloves to the butter around the chops. It came out perfectly roasted and ready to spread on french bread. My husband was scraping bits off the bottom of the casserole. I also only nedded 1 egg for 6 chops.
