Egg Salad Sandwiches

Reviewed: May 1, 2009
This recipe is delicious! I did make quite a few changes. To start I used fat free Kraft mayo. I didn't have mustard seed but I did have horseradish mustard and used about two tbs of that. A dash of dill, dash of garlic powder, pepper and a dash of cayanne pepper. I didn't have paprika. It came out so good. The best part is that it tastes so good without the guilt of the real mayo.

Soooooo Good! I just made these and they are delicious. I used mini semi sweet chocolate chips and white chocolate chips. There should be a warning on how you wont be able to eat just one.

Vanilla - Chocolate Powdered Sugar Frosting

Reviewed: Feb. 12, 2009
Yum Yum! I wish I would have known sooner that making your own frosting was that easy. I followed someone's advice and first beat the room temperature butter until fluffy, then added the sugar, beat, then added the vanilla, beat some more, last I added the milk. I used it as a middle frosting layer in my chocolate cake. It really made it extra special.

One Bowl Chocolate Cake III

Reviewed: Feb. 12, 2009
This cake came out really good. I did change it up a bit to make it healthier. Instead of oil I used applesauce and instead eggs I used egg substitute. I also used one cup of cocoa powder and added a cup of brewed coffee. The result was a delicious and somewhat healthy chocolate cake.

My kids and I had fun making these cookies. We did cutouts and found I had to add more flour. They came out soft, fluffy and delicious. Will be making these again.

Egg-Free Low-Fat Oatmeal Cookies

Reviewed: Jan. 18, 2009
This cookie is really easy to make. I just made my first batch and found it a little dry. I may add a little more applesauce the next time. Overall it was a very tasty cookie for those of us who are watching our weight.

Beth's Spicy Oatmeal Raisin Cookies

Reviewed: May 30, 2008
I just made these for the first time and am so happy I did. They are delicious! I didn't have raisins so I used craisins instead plus I added some chopped almonds. I also used all butter instead of the shortening. Cooking times must vary because I decited to take some of the reviewers advice and cut the time down to 9-10 minutes. Those cookies we're undercooked. The last batch was left for 12 minutes and came out perfect. My husband has never liked oatmeal cookies and he's already had 3 of these.
