Pebber Nodder (Danish Christmas Cookies)

Really really easy, and great for the non-chocolate & non-nuts crowd...yet even I as a chocaholic still loved these. The only thing was I quadrupled the spices and even added a bit of ginger to the dough. They still turned out very lightly scented & lightly flavoured.

Sausage, Bacon, Apple and Cornbread Stuffing

Honestly, THE BEST stuffing I have ever had, and it is such a hit, I have found my staple stuffing!! Thankyou so much for submitting this. Even if you leave out the sausage its still fantastic. I like to spice the apples first: boil apples in cranberry juice/cranberry-orange juice, reduce heat + simmer, add cinammon & nutmeg.

Spinach and Strawberry Salad

I LOVE LOVE LOVE this salad. It has been my staple go-to recipe when I'm entertaining or asked to bring a dish. Everyone goes crazy for this salad, its beautiful, and its just TOO easy to make!

Chocolate Covered Caramel Surprise Cookies

I thought these would be perfect for my taste, but I was shocked when I didn't love them. They were just *shrug* okay. I think the flavor is too subtle and creamy - it needs something to jump out, flavour wise. Maybe cinnamon? I used the rolos and they came out fabulously gooey.
