Cream of Wheat Griddlecakes
I used the 2.5 minute Chocolate Cream of Wheat. Delicious! Made a double batch which made a lot of food. But we love pancakes and this may be the new favorite!

Barbara's Salad
The kids liked it. I added dried cranberries and raspberry vinaigrette for a bit more flavor for my husband and I. Good summer salad.

Bake Sale Lemon Bars
I tried the recipe GOURMETMOM's way. Personally, I think it was too tart. I will try it as originally written next time. But the crust is awesome!
