Lemon Sauce for Salmon Patties
This was gross. It tasted like flour with a hint of lemon. It was too thick, so I added a 1/4 cup more milk - still this didn't help. I should have heeded the 4 Tablespoons of flour as a warning, because I use 6 Tablespoons of flour when I make my cream of brocolli soup. Sorry for the bad rating, but this isn't a good recipe.

Strawberry/Rhubarb Crumb Pie
I would have given it a five star for flavor alone! On my second attempt I omitted the egg and cut the sugar to 3/4 cup. I didn't have a runny pie on the second attempt. If you cut the butter for the crumb topping back to six (6) tablespoons you won't notice a difference in texture or taste, so save the fat and the calories and cut it back. Great recipe! Thanks for sharing!

Tiramisu Toffee Dessert
perhaps you didn't whip the whipping cream until it formed. Whipping cream needs to have air whipped into it and it will stiffen the rest of the ingredients. Try this again - I think you'll like it!
