Greek Chicken Pasta

Very dry. I think it would be better w/ 1/2 the pasta. I ended up adding basalmic vinegar to try & salvage.

California Kabobs

Herbed Pork Roast

Followed to the T. except I didn't marinate. Not big on pork roast but like this I'm a huge fan!!!! Entire family loved it.
