Decorator Frosting

Perfect!! I could eat it all with a spoon! It is not sickeningly sweet, so it was great for frosting our chocolate chip cookie pizza, in the shape of a heart for Valentine's Day.

Baked Teriyaki Chicken

Very yummy... the whole family loved it! I double the recipe and used 6 chicken breasts, cut into smaller strips. I agree with other reviewers... lite/low sodium soy sauce should be used. We made rice and served the chicken over rice and poured extra sauce over the top!! Great!

Hearty Ham Casserole

For a casserole... it was good. I used baking potatoes because it was all I had- and boiled them for about 12 minutes, and they were plenty done in the end. I also added a bit more potatoes and ham (probably nearly 3 cups of each, and did not change the sauce. It was moist enough. Good recipe!

Deer Chop Hurry

This was a great way to use our deer chops!! My husband and I really want to like venison, but haven't found many recipes that we all enjoy!! This was soooo tasty, and the meat was so tender. It was even easy to cut with a fork!! It could be used as a shredded meat sandwich too! Great!

Great, lots of nuts make it soooo yummy!! And you can mix and match nuts or raisins/craisins/cranberries to get the total amount of nuts needed. So crunchy... just sweet enough!! This was awesome! Thank you!

Chicken Enchiladas I

Great recipe!!! I used just a little less chili powder, onion, green pepper and taco sauce, in order to cool it down a bit for my 2 year old and 5 year old, and they loved it! It was wonderful!! I also let the entire mixture simmer for a while to cook off some of the liquid before I filled the tortillas. Perfect!

Italian Chicken Bow Tie Pasta

This was good. I originally made it for my kids because they LOVE italian dressing and pasta and chicken, but they didn't love it as much as I had hoped. I tried to use it as a main dish, but I think it would be better as a side dish at a potluck or picnic. Easy and yummy!!
