Anniversary Chicken I
I liked this dish. Was a bit too salty for my taste - even without the adding the bacon. Wonderful as leftovers the next day.

Curried Coconut Chicken
I loved this dish. Its so easy to prepare. I was confused by the comments about the dish being to soupy, all the curries I have had are a bit more saucy. I stuck to the recipe and mine turned out great! Thanks!
