Hot Chicken Wing Dip
I've made this for a couple of potlucks at work and it has been a huge hit. Instead of putting the cheddar on top as instructed, I just mixed it in with everything else. Very addicting!!

Dark Chocolate Cake I
Cake was a little dry and REALLY stuck to the pan. Iwas able to save the cake and got compliments on it from co-workers. (I made it for a birthday.) The hassle really wasn't worth it though.

Thit Bo Xao Dau
This recipe lacked a little in the flavor department. Maybe more garlic would add to the flavor.
