I love cooking all kinds of meat, especially steak. I don't get too creative with the premium cuts of beef, because I love them a certain way. But the with budget cuts I like to experiment and try new things. I also especially like to cook chicken, because it is so versatile. There are so many things that I have tried that turned out great. During the summer, we have a tiki-style party outside. Everybody is supposed to bring something with a tropical feel. I make my grilled jerk pork roast during the festivities. It tastes so good. It's probably my favorite thing to eat
