Hello. My name is Mary. I am 23-years-old and I am preparing to enter into the Holy Sacrament of Matrimony. Cooking used to frustrate me. I never seemed to do anything right and the idea of chopping onions produced tears in my eyes. This all changed for me last November when I met the man of my dreams. When I met Timothy, I knew it was God's plan for us to be together for always. I have been cooking for him ever since. Tim and I will be married on November 8, 2008. Please keep up in your prayers. When I first began cooking, I had this recipe for a dark chocolate cake and it called for 1 cup of black coffee. Without using common sense, I took 1 cup of coffee grounds and poured it into the batter. It turned out to be a very grainy cake. I quickly learned from that mistake and wrote to the side (prepared coffee).
