About this Cook
Well I am a stay at home home, and at times a care-taker for my 83 year old grandma. My husband is in the Military so also a military wife. We just recently moved so getting us to new places and new things
My favorite things to cook
I have found the love of baking agian. I have a double oven that is always cooking something. But as of now trying to learn new low carb cookingn styles. I still bake for the rest of the family breads, cakes, and anything yummy I just cant eat it :)
My favorite family cooking traditions
My mom and I have been sharing a lot of cooking recipes lately, but cooking traditions hmmmmm I think just basically cooking with family lol.
My cooking triumphs
Making bread with out a bread maker!! And doing a darn good job. But I am now starting to tackle harder recipes. So I guess thats a triumph
My cooking tragedies
As of now I cant think of anything that has turned out that bad. But yet my memory might be lacking!

Cream Puffs
Well for me they looked awesome, I did what some said about leaving the door vented for them to dry out and not turn to mush. But.... the four eggs really made these taste like scrambled eggs.... My dogs ended up getting them. I didn't read some of the reviews until I was making them. So that sucks but yeah just to many eggs!!

Marshmallow Delights
Wow super yummy, even though I didnt seal them good enough and the marshmallow escaped. I added in a few a couple chocolate chips those were super yummy too. So easy to make its almost dangerous lol!

Sopapilla Cheesecake Pie
Just got done eating a slice. And it was wonderful. A really great recipe. I recommend trying it. I made it just as it was, it is sweet so you can stand to lose some sugar. But still just awesome!!
