White Texas Sheet Cake
This cake is so rich and delicious, that it is the one that everyone at work requests for any kind of party, and every single birthday! If you haven't tried it, you should. I use a 1/2 sheet pan for 40 servings, and instead of walnuts, I toast sliced almonds and add them to the icing. The best EVER!!!

Hot Fudge Sauce
This was a great recipe that I used to top a friend's birthday cheesecake the other day. The only change I would make is to not wait until the chocolate is completely melted next time, or maybe chop the squares up to melt faster. I think it sat on the burner too long. The flavor was intensely rich and dark, and everyone at the party loved it!!
