Slow Cooker Chicken and Dumplings
I was surprised how much I liked this! It was fantastically easy and delicious hot comfort food on a cold day. Even my uber-picky kids ate it.

Slow Cooker Beef Barley Soup
Good but bland. Would use this recipe again but spice it up a bit more next time.

Easy Meatloaf
Did not care for the sauce on top AT ALL. It didn't so much bake into the meat loaf as it sort of congealed on top of it. Scraped most of it off as did the rest of my family. Meat loaf itself was fine, basic meatloaf.
